I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the outstanding training support you've provided for our staff on 13 Feb 2007. Several of the staff that attended your training said it was a great experience and they've really enjoyed the instructors professional way of explaining the basic techniques of using and cleaning the equipment. They also said that they enjoyed the hands on training and it gave them a better feel of how to use the equipment and that they now have more confidence in themselves when they use and clean the equipment.
